Job Summary
Support daily operations related to new agent appointment, contract signing, regulatory Annual Return, agency records maintenance, agency office arrangements, agency benefits enrollment and claims, promotion and demotion cases, contract maintenance programs, agent termination, orphan management and policy movement. Handle day-to-day enquiries from and provide solutions to both internal and external clients. Prepare routine reports and contribute to agency system enhancement to perform User Acceptance Test.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma holder
- 1 year working experience, preferably in insurance industry
