Job Summary
In this role you will manage diverse depositary operations and oversee day-to-day deliverables for private equity or real estate clients, including reviewing financial statements, communicating cash movements, and coordinating client deliverables. You will handle complex depositary matters with minimal supervision, review complex transaction documents, perform detailed reconciliations, monitor fund activities, oversee ownership documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop technical expertise while supporting client relationships. The position is described with a hybrid working arrangement and involves collaborating with service providers to maintain regulatory and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A university degree in legal or economic studies is an advantage
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in the area of depositary/custody function gained in a depositary bank or similar experience gained in audit or fund accounting role
- Desirable: private Equity / Real Estate markets experience and fund accounting experience
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment for depositaries
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting or related course (preferable)
