Job Summary
Coordinate and execute day-to-day administrative and corporate secretarial support to the global network offices and Cosec team, ensuring ongoing good standing of client companies and compliance with company law and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, attending and finalizing board minutes and packs, reviewing governance-related documents (RCS, RBO, UBO), reviewing bank account opening forms, coordinating payments with the FCS/payment teams, conducting/taking part in transaction monitoring and CFRs, supporting client onboarding, and guiding a sub-team of up to three junior members. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, learning designated client requirements, adhering to risk controls, and using systems such as Navigator Flow, Navigator Doc, and Antrance for timely deliverables. English fluency and experience in multinational financial services or shared services environments are preferred; knowledge of funds and SPVs is advantageous, with CS qualification as a core credential.
Required Qualifications
- CS qualified
- 4+ years in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law
- Conversant with corporate secretarial practices, especially in Funds and SPVs
- Experience in board governance and corporate secretarial functions (board materials, minutes, filings)
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Fluency in English is mandatory
