Job Summary
Coordinate and execute day-to-day corporate secretarial support for the Lux Fund CS & Cosec team; ensure good standing of client companies by complying with corporate law and contractual requirements; support audit processes, attend board/shareholders meetings, finalize board minutes and packs, review various documents (RCS, RBO, UBO), assist with client onboarding and payments coordination, monitor transaction compliance, and guide junior team members while maintaining risk controls and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- CS qualified
- 4+ years in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law
- Experience in corporate secretarial practices (Funds and SPVs)
- Private equity / real estate markets experience; knowledge of different Fund structures and vehicles
- Experience in board governance and corporate secretarial functions (board materials, minutes, filings)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
