Responsibilities include handling Western Union transactions, Lottery and Bill Payments, selling money orders, and processing refunds; answer phones and redirect calls; operate office equipment and light office software; perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as verifying money, reconciling tills, and preparing deposits; assist with front-end operations in the absence of the Front-End Manager; role may involve nights and weekends as part of part-time or full-time shifts.
