Job Summary
Coordinate administrative operations and vendor coordination to ensure efficient office functioning in Polanco, Mexico City. Provide receptionist and administrative support, manage office supplies, assist with invoicing and budgeting, support facilities and internal teams, and help maintain a productive, customer-focused workplace. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred; English proficiency required with Russian desirable.
