Job Summary
Office Support Coordinator provides administrative, clerical, and data-entry support to enable effective regional operations compliance. Responsibilities include inputting compliance data and routing MOC documents in the Intelex system, organizing digital compliance records, disseminating updated manuals and SOPs to field operations, assisting with audit preparation, managing department scheduling and training materials, handling inquiries, and performing general clerical duties under the supervision of the Regional Operations Compliance Manager. Required skills include strong customer service and communication, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and ability to work independently under deadlines; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- SAP knowledge and experience (preferred)
