Job Summary
Office Support – Administrative role in Luray, VA (Part-Time up to 24 hours weekly). Responsibilities include managing office operations: answer main phone, maintain visitor logs, handle mail, identify items to order and submit for approval, coordinate shipments and inventory, maintain state labor law posters and employee rights materials, complete E-Verify credential verification for new employees, manage security access and inventory, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate facility operations and security systems. Requires strong attention to detail, comfort with math, and excellent MS Excel skills. Government contracting experience and E-Verify familiarity are preferred. Bluemont emphasizes a drug-free workplace and background checks; E-Verify participation is noted.
