Job Summary
Administrative and operational support for the venue team including drafting letters/reports, handling routine information on events, operations, policies and procedures, maintaining files/records, preparing schedules, enforcing corporate policies, and coordinating with vendors/non-profit groups to negotiate contracts under supervision. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), typing skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effective verbal and customer service abilities. The role may involve budgeting and cost projections, maintaining contracts and leases for office equipment, and supporting labor scheduling; travel and variable hours are possible.
