Job Summary
Manages all aspects of the customer service department, oversees workflow of office staff, handles billing/inventory/credit memos, trains and evaluates staff, ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained, coordinates deliveries and installations, maintains strong customer relationships with franchisees, organizes internal events, and handles various administrative duties to ensure departmental efficiency and performance. Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and WMS; requires 3+ years in customer service/inventory and 2+ years in supervision; AS degree in related field or equivalent experience; serves in an in-office role at Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in business administration, accounting or related discipline
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service, billing, inventory control or warehouse administration
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in formal supervision or informal leadership role that included coaching and providing work direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead by example, and foster a team approach
