Job Summary
Supervise the office-based team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, while monitoring performance, coaching members, and managing rotas and holidays. Engage with the Retail Sales and Operations Manager to support strategy, maintain dialogue with Depot Operations, and liaise with franchisees on concerns or successes. Maximize CRM productivity for new customer acquisition, prospect conversion, and retention through inbound/outbound calls, marketing letters, and team training. Uphold high operational standards including Health & Safety and audit compliance, with a focus on exemplary customer service for our elderly demographic. Based in Perth, this role requires a hands-on leader with GCSE English and Maths, reporting to the Retail Sales and Operations Manager.
