Job Summary
Manage payroll and scheduling functions for the Emergency Services Department under the direction of the Manager, Patient Care. Audit, maintain, and update information in ANSOS regarding employee licensure, certification, and scheduling details. Analyze scheduling data to identify problems, then recommend and implement approved methods to resolve issues and improve processes. Provide various reports to department leadership as needed. This role requires floating to other hospital sites and balancing fluctuating patient volume with regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- An Associates Degree in an appropriate field (e.g. Liberal Arts or Secretarial/Medical Secretarial) or the equivalent knowledge and experience
- Very good interpersonal, organizational, and computer/data management skills
- Over 3 years of related administrative, secretarial or scheduling experience
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Position will require floating to other hospital sites

- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Ansos system
