Job Summary
Office Specialist responsible for providing ongoing customer service and support to the Eastern Service Area foster care teams and administrator; manage day-to-day clerical operations, maintain equipment and IT records, coordinate with Administrative Specialist on orders, manage inventories and payments, review fingerprint cards for accuracy, handle data entry and reporting in systems (NFocus, Monday board), manage receipts and credit card documentation, arrange leadership travel accommodations, track vehicle mileage, and upload monthly reports and background checks to document imaging; requires familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and ability to handle administrative tasks, data entry, and records management in a governmental/foster-care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or experience in customer service or public contact; or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.
