Job Summary

Answer incoming customer calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, and handle billing questions or invalid payment collections. Process customer payments, vendor invoices, and daily bank deposits while monitoring past due accounts and managing account write-offs. Complete full hiring and onboarding processes, including background checks and HRIS entry, and assist employees with benefits questions. Manage workers' compensation and auto insurance claims, maintain petty cash, and order monthly office and warehouse supplies. Requires a High School Diploma, strong computer skills, and ability to multitask in an office setting with potential evening or Saturday shifts.
