Job Summary

Answer incoming customer calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, and complete new customer intake by entering data and forwarding information to sales. Process payments, handle vendor invoices, monitor past due accounts, and manage collections and account terminations while communicating daily tasks to the District Manager. Manage the full hiring and onboarding lifecycle, including background checks and HRIS entry, and assist employees with benefits questions. Complete monthly supply orders and maintain petty cash. This role requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in an office setting with potential evening or Saturday shifts.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and determine priorities
Excellent attention to detail; accuracy of work is highly important
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
