Job Summary

Answer incoming customer calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, and handle account and billing questions. Process payments, manage vendor invoices, monitor past due accounts, and oversee collections and account terminations. Complete full hiring and onboarding for new employees, including background checks and HRIS entry, while assisting with benefits and processing monthly changes. Manage petty cash, order office supplies, and review payroll adjustments. This role requires sitting at a computer for up to eight hours daily and may involve light lifting and evening or Saturday work.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and determine priorities
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
