Job Summary
Manage daily office operations by handling incoming calls, guest navigation, and facilities support to ensure a professional employee experience. Oversee hotelling applications, mail distribution, and meeting room setups while maintaining equipment and managing office supplies inventory. Serve as a first responder and fire warden, executing emergency evacuation procedures and updating safety boards. Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists, arrange off-site file storage, and perform annual audits for document destruction records. Apply security protocols to visitors, monitor suspicious behavior, and manage access cards through the Symmetry system. Compare supply costs, place orders, and maintain adequate inventory levels. Work independently as part of the national team to support overall daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Four years experience in an administrative or receptionist role in an Office Services capacity, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Knowledge of office equipment operations, facilities procedures, and ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues at hand
- Knowledge of physical security processes and procedures
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
