Job Summary

Office Services Manager role based in Clarksville, TN, responsible for facilities/general affairs, vendor management, office administration, and collaboration with HR and planning teams. Leads projects including installation of office furniture for a new factory, manages contracts/scope of work, produces project drawings, oversees budget and expenses, ensures regulatory compliance, manages vendors and space planning, and supports HR programs and events. Requires strong organizational skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, effective communication, problem solving, and willingness to travel internationally as needed. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in manufacturing/operations preferred, with ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs; Korean-language proficiency preferred but not required.
