Job Summary
Office Services Clerk for an established law firm in Nashville. Responsibilities include managing high-volume reprographic projects (copying, binding, cutting, assembly), digital imaging, printing, document scanning and conversion, providing hospitality services (conference room setup/teardown, kitchen maintenance), maintaining and troubleshooting copiers, inventory control for supplies, distributing mail and packages, and serving as backup for the reception desk (handling calls, messages, and greeting visitors). Must have administrative experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools, and a proactive, adaptable mindset. Onsite in Nashville, TN.
