Job Summary
The Office Services Clerk provides mail processing, document production, facilities coordination, conference room setup, reception coverage, supply management, and special projects; excels in customer service, organization, attention to detail, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality in all firm matters. Responsibilities include managing mail, coordinating document production (copying/printing/scanning/formatting/OCR/quality control), operating office equipment, maintaining conference rooms and common areas, assisting with event setup and AV needs, providing backup reception support, supporting file management and data entry, assisting with office moves, and delivering professional, timely assistance to attorneys, staff, visitors, and internal clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One to three years of experience in office services, document production, facilities, mailroom, reception, or a similar professional services experience; law firm experience preferred.
