Job Summary
Office Services Associate responsibilities include providing daily back office services for clients and teams, notably reprographics (copy) and mail services in physical and digital environments, with support for hospitality, facilities, A/V, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines. Duties include using logs, ensuring tickets are filled out, running jobs in proper order, communicating with supervisors/clients about deadlines, meeting contracted deadlines, troubleshooting basic equipment, loading machines with paper/toner/supplies, answering calls/emails, interacting with clients in person or electronically, adhering to policies, and maintaining cost-efficient use of equipment. The role operates in sites with 24/7 operations with potential overtime. Qualifications emphasize high school diploma, at least one year of office services experience, proficiency with mail/digital reprographics equipment, excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, handling confidential information, independent decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. The pay rate range is $21-$25 per hour, with additional compensation components and benefits described. Shift: M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
- Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
