Job Summary
Office Services Assistant in Sydney focused on delivering outstanding front-of-house service to clients, visitors and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include catering and events support (menu planning, food and beverage service, food safety and hygiene, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site/off-site event setup), front-of-house and concierge duties (greeting clients, meeting-room management, refreshments, reception inbox management, and IT/VC equipment coordination), and travel administration (staff travel arrangements and corporate-rate negotiations). The role requires proactive administration, strong client experience mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks, and collaboration with Business Development and event teams to execute local events, with a demonstrated two-year track record in concierge or customer service and barista skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience in concierge or customer service
- Barista experience and ability to prepare quality beverages
- Competency in operating AV and video conferencing equipment
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
