Job Summary
Office Service Team Leader responsible for end-to-end management of office operations, ensuring efficient services, facilities infrastructure, and employee experience within the Cortezza (Medellín office Hub). Responsibilities include maintaining facilities and general services (cleaning, security, cafeteria, etc.), managing vendors, contracts, and operating costs; controlling budgets and leading infrastructure projects (openings, remodels, closures); ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and local regulations; managing space and capacity; monitoring service performance indicators and vendor performance; coordinating incident response and related facilities requests. Requires a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in facilities/services management; basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, and space administration. Leadership, service orientation, organizational skills, effective communication, and results-driven mindset are emphasized.
