Job Summary
Office Service Specialist responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing supplies, equipment, and inventory, overseeing mail distribution, messenger services, and communication systems; ensuring health and safety compliance; managing facilities including leases and workstations; coordinating reception, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance; overseeing cafeteria and recreation services; monitoring the office service budget; liaising with managers to align administrative procedures with business needs; evaluating and recommending purchases to optimize costs; managing relationships with external suppliers to maintain high service standards; and leading office relocation when required. The role requires cost-consciousness, basic financial reporting awareness, strong computer skills, and fluent English, with a background in office service administration or a related area.
Required Qualifications
