Ideal candidates should have scheduling or office administration experience, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office administration preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency
- Comfortable with computers, client portals, and data entry systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, including handling warranty and customer concerns
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the insulation or construction industry is a plus
