Job Summary
Office Representative role with a State Farm independent contractor agent focused on helping customers with insurance needs and generating new business. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to quote auto, home, renters, and life; handling warm inbound leads; asking for referrals; marketing yourself in the office and online; and recommending additional lines when appropriate. Requires willingness to obtain insurance licenses within 30–45 days and a schedule with Monday–Friday hours. Compensation includes base pay plus incentives; position is with an independent contractor agent (not State Farm Insurance Companies). Location: Pensacola, FL. Schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Fridays shorter) with weekends off.
