Office Representative to service existing State Farm clients and grow the client base. Located in downtown Bethel, Dolan Plaza. Will help you become licensed, purchase study materials, and reimburse passing licensing exams. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and friendly service (inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing), and educating customers about insurance options using a needs-based review to promote business development.
