Job Summary
Per diem Office Registered Nurse in family-practice physician offices. Floats to multiple Canandaigua, NY offices with flexibility in Thursday/Friday scheduling. Responsibilities include providing age-appropriate care in a primary care setting, charting accurately, performing phlebotomy and related laboratory techniques, triage within scope, and coordinating with clinic staff and management. Requires RN license in NY, current BLS, and five years of nursing experience; includes leadership in coordinating clinical staffing and lab activity, maintaining patient confidentiality, and collaborating with practice personnel. Salary range listed; part-time, on-site with per-diem schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing, currently licensed as a registered nurse in New York State
- Current BLS certification
- Willingness to float to various family practice offices
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Five years of recent nursing experience required
