Job Summary
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Office Receptionist to join the Gilbert, AZ office. The role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience through first-point contact, accurate data handling, and compassionate interaction. Responsibilities include updating and verifying customer information, building rapport with clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, respecting boundaries, supporting patients with sensitivity to trauma-related experiences, rotating through various office tasks, and contributing to a smooth client journey. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and at least 1 year of full-time customer service or reception experience.
