Office & Order Processing Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate front-office operations and order processing for MWP by serving as the primary contact for office needs, owning the approved order entry and documentation process, maintaining CRM/order data integrity, and ensuring smooth handoffs to Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing inbound communications, organizing office resources and events, entering approved orders into multiple systems, placing manufacturer orders with complete documentation, maintaining complete order records, and supporting workflow handoffs with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and timely execution. The role requires strong data entry, communication, and coordination skills, with experience in CRM/ERP/order management and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Additional duties include developing and maintaining SOPs for office administration and order-related processes while upholding confidentiality and professional conduct and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, order processing, customer service, operations coordination, or related roles
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, order management, project management, or related business systems
- Strong data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring tasks, interruptions, and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, shared drives, and standard office technology
- Experience coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping/logistics partners preferred
