Job Summary
Office Operations and Facilities Manager responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of office operations across two New Jersey offices (Paramus and Fair Lawn). Leads facilities, vendor management, procurement, inventory, and systems (RingCentral) while building scalable standard work, checklists, labeling, and SOPs. Oversees office moves, space planning, safety, security, equipment lifecycle, and insurance coordination; drives process documentation, training material development, system adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and HR to ensure budgeting, compliance, and operational excellence across locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in office operations, facilities, or a similar role
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience building processes and documenting standard work
- Experience with inventory systems or process improvement (preferred)
- Ability to work on site Monday through Friday
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
