Job Summary
Growth Lead responsible for the full surface area of Pallet's growth channels, including outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid, and affiliates, partnering across marketing, engineering, product, and sales to turn open-ended distribution problems into a repeatable, compounding growth engine. Own end-to-end growth strategy and experimentation, design and analyze a high volume of experiments, build end-to-end tracking and attribution, and operationalize successful channels into durable, scalable systems. This role offers high ownership and requires building tooling and cross-functional leadership to impact Pallet's trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a growth function with track record of owning outcomes
- Comfort with GTM execution tooling such as HubSpot, Unify, Clay
- Bias for action and urgency; ships scrappy versions to learn fast
- Highly creative and outcome-driven; accepts failure as part of learning
- Bonus: programming/technical ability to build own tooling
- Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in a fast-moving, in-office environment
