Job Summary
Interpret regulatory information requests, identify data sources, and produce firm responses to enquiries from the FCA and PRA. Liaise with regulators to coordinate onsite meetings and audits, while working with business units to prepare for reviews. Manage the Senior Manager Arrangements framework, produce compliance reporting and materials, and oversee the annual EMEA Compliance business plan. Facilitate licensing applications, manage regulatory report submissions, and lead conduct initiatives within the EMEA division.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in UK Regulatory engagement role or similar function
- Familiarity with UK and / or EU financial services regulatory framework
- Experience in Compliance or a risk-based function
- Experience of delivering strategic projects / change management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively and is able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
