Job Summary
Provides assessment and management of patients in Lexington Endocrinology clinic as a Nurse Practitioner. Performs comprehensive history taking and physical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, develops and implements treatment plans, and coordinates care across the health-illness continuum in collaboration with practice physicians. Maintains accurate records and documentation, participates in ongoing education and quality initiatives, and supports clinical staff through supervision and triage duties. Must hold SC RN licensure, NP certification, and CPR/BLS credentials; duties include patient education, disease prevention, and adherence to practice protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as RN in the State of South Carolina
- Certification by appropriate credentialing organization recognized by South Carolina as Nurse Practitioner
- CPR
- BLS
