Job Summary
Assess and manage patients in an endocrinology/primary care setting: perform health histories and physicals, interpret data, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide health education. Maintain accurate records, follow practice protocols and guidelines, supervise and coordinate with clinical staff as needed, and ensure timely follow-up and referrals within the established care continuum. Requires SC RN licensure, NP certification, and CPR/BLS. Day shift, full-time, in Lexington, SC with on-site care responsibilities and adherence to documentation and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as RN in the State of South Carolina
- Certification as Nurse Practitioner by an appropriate credentialing organization recognized by South Carolina
- CPR, BLS
