Job Summary
Provide nursing support in an office/clinic setting: complete patient physical assessments, document care, develop/execute patient/family educational plans, triage calls, assist physicians with procedures (e.g., outpatient surgeries, pap smears, sigmoidoscopies), perform venipuncture, 12-lead EKGs, immunizations, administer medications/IVs, and ensure CLIA-compliant quality control. Lead/trains clinical staff, participate in interviewing/evaluations, and maintain proficiency with medical terminology and EHR/Microsoft Office. Require MA RN or LPN license and a minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience; schedule typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours/week; non-exempt.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current licensure in the State of Massachusetts either LPN or RN
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LPN or RN
