Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day campus operations, coordinating facilities, events, and administrative support to ensure the workplace remains welcoming and efficient. Manage a small front desk and administrative team through coaching and clear direction while resolving building issues and coordinating with vendors to minimize disruption. Lead collaboration across the BC campus and external partners to strengthen communication and foster a supportive environment for employees, visitors, and learners. This full-time on-site role in New Westminster, BC, supports the university's mission of democratizing education and expanding access.
Required Qualifications
- experience leading and developing administrative or operational teams
- successfully managed the day-to-day operations of a busy office or workplace
