Job Summary
Office Manager for Nashville, TN office of a large AmLaw 100 law firm. Responsibilities include operational support and policy/risk management, financial coordination (budget tracking, billing, timekeeping), coordinating staffing/workload, travel coordination, onboarding and training for new hires, performance-review logistics, employee relations, vendor and facilities management, IT coordination, and representation of the firm in local events to support client service and brand visibility. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and a client-service mindset are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
