Job Summary
Weee! is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to manage day-to-day office operations, oversee mini-market operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and support employee events. Requires 3+ years of experience and offers a salary range of $75,000 - $89,500.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology Proficiency – experience with Google Workspace, expense systems, travel platforms.
- Be onsite and available for office-related needs 9am-5pm everyday
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience managing vendors, supplies, and budgets
