Job Summary
Manage daily office operations by opening the space for staff, maintaining a clean environment for 50+ employees, and overseeing inventory and budgets. Act as the primary front-desk face to receive guests, handle deliveries, and answer the phone, while serving as a liaison with property management to resolve facilities issues. Provide executive assistant support to C-suite leaders by managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating catering for meetings. Execute administrative tasks including timesheets, corporate gifts, and room scheduling, while proactively communicating project updates and planning agency events like the holiday party. Collaborate with global office managers to align on best practices and partner with the Social Committee to drive culture.
