Job Summary
Highly organized Office Manager to support Denver, Phoenix, and Seattle teams in a fast-paced engineering/architectural environment. Responsible for a wide range of administrative, accounting, and human resources support functions, with duties including training and managing administrative staff, confidential and open communications, multitasking, and problem-solving. Role sits in the Denver office with occasional travel to Phoenix and Seattle offices; in-office/on-site work required. Must excel at anticipating needs, coordinating office operations, and sustaining an efficient, collaborative workplace. The role also anticipates a strong emphasis on administrative efficiency, staff development, and cross-functional coordination within a multi-office environment.
