Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of rehabilitation clinic offices within IU Health's Urology leadership team, including staffing, workload distribution, patient scheduling, accurate registration, timely financial counseling, accurate records maintenance, efficient chart prep, accurate and appropriate charge entry and general office management to meet the needs of the department and facilitate patient flow. Requires travel between designated facilities. Implements process improvements and assists in evaluation and training for office personnel. Acts as a liaison between clinicians, patient, management team and revenue cycle services. Fully onsite role with Monday-Friday day shift supporting a 7 day/wk operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate required
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience is required
- One-two year's management experience preferred
