Job Summary
Office Manager role across three school-operations tracks (Communications, Data & Systems, Finance) within Uncommon Schools’ network. Core duties include serving as primary/secondary contact for constituents, enrollment and re-enrollment processes, attendance and student-record upkeep, and planning logistics for school events; in finance and data tracks, responsibilities cover bill pay, procurement, vendor management, and maintenance of Student Information Systems. The position requires organized, detail-oriented support to ensure smooth school operations, with emphasis on effective communication, time-management, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff. Spanish-speaking skills are strongly preferred. 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience is desired.
