Job Summary
Office Manager roles on School Operations Teams managing communications, data & systems, and finance across Uncommon Schools campuses. Responsible for front-facing communication with students, families, and staff; enrollment and attendance; processing bill pay and procurement; maintaining Student Information Systems; coordinating events; ensuring accurate documentation; strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Requires 1-3 years in teaching or school admin and a Bachelor's degree; Spanish-speaking preferred.
