Job Summary
Office Manager roles across Communications, Data & Systems, and Finance on School Operations Teams; responsibilities include front-line inquiries, enrollment processing, daily student attendance and student information systems, event logistics and setup, as well as bill pay, accounting, procurement, and vendor management to keep the school running smoothly. Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and collaboration with students, families, teachers, and staff. 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience is required; Spanish-speaking skills are strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required.
