Job Summary
Office Manager to ensure a functional, inspiring, and safe office environment in our Spain office, coordinating daily operations, supervising facilities providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering), managing inventory, coordinating internal events and team-building activities, acting as main point of contact for facilities-related issues, collaborating with People team on wellbeing and safety initiatives, and managing the office budget to optimize resources while maintaining service quality. Strong vendor/supplier management, budgeting, and multilingual collaboration with international teams are essential; experience with project management tools and office suites is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as Office Manager or similar role
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools and office suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Experience with space management systems (e.g., room reservations, ticket management)
- Excellent interpersonal communication, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate, and manage budgets
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, to interact with international teams and relevant documentation
