Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the NYC office, serving as the primary point of contact for facilities, vendor relations, and employee experience. Own overall office management, including coordinating with building management, cleaning services, and security to ensure the workspace is functional, safe, and well-maintained. Lead office improvement projects, oversee conference room logistics, and handle executive support, meetings, and event planning. Control local budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize workplace services and costs. Partner closely with People, IT, and leadership to drive office initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience managing a busy corporate office or workplace environment, ideally in New York City
- Strong experience managing facilities, building relationships, maintenance needs, vendors, workplace projects, and day-to-day physical office operations
- Professional and confident interacting with senior executives, Board members, clients, employees, building management, and external partners
- Experience planning and executing employee events, executive meetings, client experiences, and larger onsite gatherings
- Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot quickly, and keep multiple moving pieces organized
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing office budgets, invoices, vendors, contracts, and expenses
