Job Summary
The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations at the Sycuan Health Center, managing both Medical and Dental Departments. This role includes supervising front office staff, coordinating patient flow, and overseeing insurance verification processes. The Office Manager ensures compliance with Tribal and federal regulations while fostering a culturally respectful environment for patients. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, process improvement for patient scheduling, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Essential qualifications include strong leadership skills and effective communication with Tribal members, with at least three years of relevant experience in a medical or dental setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a medical or dental clinic setting, preferably within Tribal Health or IHS
- Prior supervisory or lead experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field
- Experience with insurance verification
- Experience in front office operations
