Job Summary

Lead office operations across multiple Pennsylvania locations (Wyalusing/Wysox and Wilkes-Barre), directing HR, staff development, facilities coordination, and daily processes in collaboration with the Director of Operations and firm partners. Oversee onboarding, employee files, performance management, and disciplinary processes; develop and implement SOPs and QA systems to improve productivity and profitability. Coordinate IT and technology needs, manage time logs, and support a positive, high‐performing workplace culture with travel between offices as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience managing a team; in‐office professional experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‐paced, dynamic environment with a positive, solutions‐oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed
  • Willingness and ability to travel between office locations as required
