Job Summary
Manage all administrative functions in the Office; coordinate billing, credit processing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll/HR support, customer service supervision, scheduling and training of the Customer Service Representatives, processing of payables, timely collections coordination, weekly AR reports, revenue projections, franchise reports, and support for Sales contracts including tracking expiration dates; ensure accuracy of data and reporting for productivity and management review.
Required Qualifications
- Prior office management experience is required.
- Accounting experience is required.
